ROLE – ECD | Head of Creative Strategy 

GOAL – Make an online world for the Intuit Team’s Learning and Development.

Intuit needed to inspire and incentivize Learning and Development for their global revenue organization. With team events and travel off the table in 2020 we wanted to help the team build their own new world. So we did, literally. SalesCraft allows for an internal metaverse-like world that created L&D incentives and gamification. The team could compete as individuals and in groups, creating connections. As you earn through achievement, opportunities are unlocked to build inside SalesCraft. We can also host events and team-building moments like year-end goal celebrations and personal bests in the world of SalesCraft. Participation in L&D activities increased to over 90% during the years of SalesCraft, dramatically increasing revenue achievements.
